Returns & Exchanges

At Live Tinted, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges on most products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in their original packaging and gently used to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
